Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using botnots.com (the "Platform"), operated by Workalisation Limited, Unit 2A, 17/F Glenealy Tower, No. 1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong (Company Reg. No. 77094371) ("BotNots", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Who can use the Platform

BotNots is a business-to-business (B2B) service intended for representatives of manufacturing and industrial companies. It is not intended for consumers, and consumer protection rules that apply to business-to-consumer transactions do not apply to your use of the Platform.

3. Description of Services

BotNots operates as a marketplace and project-planning tool for manufacturing companies comparing robotics automation options in Germany and Poland. Through our Project Builder tool, we generate preliminary technical specifications, ROI estimates, and equipment recommendations ("Generated Specifications") based on the information you provide.

4. Generated Specifications are estimates, not guarantees

Generated Specifications (including payload, reach, repeatability, payback period, and equipment recommendations) are automatically calculated based on the inputs you provide and general reference data. They are indicative planning estimates only, not engineering guarantees, and do not constitute professional engineering advice. Final equipment selection, safety limits, and specifications must be verified during a site audit by a qualified integrator before any purchase or installation decision. BotNots is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of Generated Specifications.

5. Third-party integration services

BotNots does not perform robotics integration, installation, or maintenance services itself. If you later engage a third-party integrator, installer, manufacturer, distributor, consultant, or other supplier, any contract for those services is formed directly between you and that third party, on terms they provide. BotNots is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the performance, quality, pricing, or conduct of any third party.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when using the Project Builder and contact forms, and to use the Platform only for legitimate business inquiries. You must not misuse the Platform, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading information that could affect the accuracy of Generated Specifications.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its content, design, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to BotNots and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product names, model designations, and brand references (e.g. Universal Robots, FANUC, Doosan, ABB, Yaskawa) may be trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, BotNots disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Generated Specifications, third-party availability, or the Platform's uninterrupted operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BotNots' total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount (if any) you have paid to BotNots directly in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. BotNots is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from your use of the Platform or your dealings with any third party. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law.

10. Data protection

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Platform if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Platform, or provided materially false information.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local law applicable to your business provides otherwise. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your place of business.

14. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact us at bremmy2013@gmail.com, or our EU representative for data-protection matters as listed in our Privacy Policy.
